Introducing Diyah - LR x Suno SS12

We're all eagerly anticipating SUNO's very first runway show tomorrow night featuring two gorgeous new styles from the third Loeffler Randall x SUNO collaboration. Above is Diyah, a caged flat sandal incorporating SUNO's floral printed fabric (illustration courtesy of SUNO designer Erin Beatty). Below is a quote from Jessie about the collaborative process, also featured here on WWD / Footwear News.
"It's been great working with SUNO for the 3rd time. This season we started working together very early on in the development process and that gave us more time to develop our concepts. A lot of the elements Erin was thinking about were things that we had also been working on - weaving leathers, macrame, the idea of a shoe whithin a shoe. I showed Erin a prototype of a shoe we had developed as a jumping off point and we went from there. It was an inspiring collaboration and I am excited to see the shoes done up in SUNO's gorgeous prints."
